The rules and regulations of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr apply on those who belong to the Sarwari Qadri order. Hence, it means any member who has pledged allegiance to Sultan ul Faqr VI or Sultan ul Ashiqeen is liable to follow them. In addition, those who have not pledged but granted Ism-e-Allah Zaat from Sultan ul Ashiqeen are also bound to abide by them.

The main purpose of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr is to spread the message of Faqr. However, no member under any circumstance whatsoever is to criticize a religion, sect, belief, political party, etc. Additionally, the rules and regulations of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr forbid members to participate in any of their gatherings under. Especially the office bearing members of the Advisory and General Council are restricted to participate in political movement or rally. Moreover, if a member is already a part of a religious or political party, he has to give it up. This is because there is no compromise on loyalty that based on belief. Therefore, no person is to take advantage based on his political, religious or financial background.

There are certain attributes that every member must adopt. This is so that the tasks accomplish without any obstacles and with peace. Hence, if someone has committed any mistake or sin, forgiveness is preferred. Therefore, focus must be on the sin and not the sinner. There is one act, which is extremely unacceptable. Rudeness or any kind of harsh behaviour, through word or action towards Sultan Ashiqeen, his sacred family and khalifas is intolerable. Therefore, anyone who indulges in it is liable for questioning, investigation and punishable.
Voting Rules And Regulations Of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr
The appointed office bearers and position holders get votes for positions under the rules and regulations of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr. Political or religious party supporters are not entertained in this regard. Voting is on individual decision. In addition, the office holders get sim cards only for official use. As soon as their position replaces, they give it back. Tehreek strictly disallows using these sim cards for personal purpose.
Founder And Pioneer Of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr
In October 2009, Sultan ul Ashiqeen started Tehreek Dawat e Faqr to invite people towards Faqr. Sultan ul Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib ur Rehman is the Shaikh of Sarwari Qadri Order. He initiated this organization based on the same beliefs and concept of Sultan ul Faqr VI. Sultan ul Ashiqeen has devoted his life to spread the teachings of Faqr e Mohammadi especially through teachings of Sultan Bahoo. To revive Muslim umma, Tehreek Dawat e Faqr works on non-governmental, non-political and non-sectarian grounds.
