Mawlid un Nabi Milad e Mustafa 2020

Every year Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr, the only representative of Faqr celebrates Mawlid un Nabi with great zeal and fervour. Previously, Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr used to celebrate it every year on the 12^th of Rabi al-Awwal in Khanqah Sarwari Qadri. In fact Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr organizes many congregations under the supervision of Sultan-ul- Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman. Among which Milad e Mustafa is celebrated annually at a grand level. Thousands of lovers of Allah are the attendees of Mawlid ul Nabi celebration.

It would be true if we say that in the past years the videos and photos of Milad e Mustafa shown on the TV channels, websites and social media of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr have got so much recognition that the international disciples come specially to attend the Mawlid un Nabi. The disciples from different countries cover thousand miles distance just to avail the celestial company of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen.

Mawlid un Nabi was celebrated at Khanqah Sultan-ul-Ashqieen

Till previous year all ceremonies including Mawlid un Nabi were celebrated at the main office of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr i.e. Khanqah Sarwari Qadri. Though this year Milad e Mustafa was celebrated for the first time in Zahra Mosque and Khanqah Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen (village Rangeel Pur Sharif Sundar Adda Multan Road) on 12 Rabi al-Awwal 1442 H 30^th October 2020 Friday.

As compared with Khanqah Sarwari Qadri, Khanqah Sultan-ul- Ashiqeen is extremely spacious and grand. It easily accommodates hundreds of seekers of Allah. It was the first event of Mawlid un Nabi at Khanqah Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen and was truly a spectacular event. Since it was Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr’s first grand event of Mawlid un Nabi in village Rangeel Pur so the successors, the administrative committee, advisory committee and management of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr made special arrangements.

Arrangements of Mawlid un Nabi

The successors, the administrative committee, advisory committee and management of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr discussed everything in detail. Actually they prepared a comprehensive plan so that everything should be perfect. The advisory committee and the general council not only held numerous meetings for this but also asked the members to give their precious advices. Hence each person of every department became busy in making arrangements. Along with this the central communication committee phoned all the disciples to make sure that they would attend the Mawlid un Nabi.

Mawlid un Nabi decorations

Two days before the Mawlid un Nabi Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr started decorating the Khanqah. Members from all over the world started coming in caravans. Just like Khanqah Sarwari Qadri and Sultan-ul Ashiqeen house, Khanqah Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen was adorned with colourful fairy lights. It was looking like a diamond ring in the centre of the lush green fields of Rangeel Pur.

The langar

Besides decorating the marquee the other most important task was to cook and distribute the langar. The department of langar had started arrangements two days before Prophet Mohammad’s birthday celebrations. Moreover they made a comprehensive plan for orderly distribution of langar. Many members participated in this duty. It has been the tradition of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen to distribute a grand langar to everyone who comes, whether it is a grand event or a small one. Therefore Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr specially made sure about this and prepared a grand langar.

Book stalls

Apart from this Sultan-ul-Faqr Publications also decorated their book stall one day before Milad e Mustafa. They placed flexes of 50% discount on all books.

On 29^th October 2020, one day before Mawlid un Nabi, the patron in chief and organizer of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr Sultan-ul- Ashiqeen came to see all the arrangements along with the vice patron in chief Sahibzada Sultan Mohammad Murtaza Najib. He blessed the administration with his precious advices.

The auspicious day of Mawlid un Nabi

On the day of 30^th October 2020, the sun rose with the greetings of happiness for the lovers of Prophet Mohammad. As the day started the caravans of men and women started coming to get blessed with the beneficence of the true heir of Prophet Mohammad, Sultan-ul- Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman. The administration of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr made separate arrangements for women. Not only Pakistani disciples came in large number to atend Milad e Mustafa but the international disciples also attended.

Arrival of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen at the Mawlid un Nabi

The marquee became crowded before 11 O’clock which was the starting time of the Mawlid un Nabi. The members of all departments were busy in their duties. However everyone was waiting for Sultan-ul- Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman to come and honour the ceremony with his blissful sight so that the anxious hearts waiting to see him feel contented. Meanwhile all the successors arrived at the stage. They were wearing green turbans just like the green tomb (Gumbad-e-Khizra).

Our eyes were not replete with these celestial glimpses when the people started calling the slogans of Takbeer, Risalat, Faqr and Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Zindabad! These slogans echoed in the marquee. Definitely it was the sign that Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen has arrived. The lovers of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen hoisted flags of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr everywhere. They were raising slogans enthusiastically to welcome their beloved spiritual guide. When Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen kept his blessed feet inside the marquee the hearts of the lovers eased. The Divine sight of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen was satiating just like the dew drops on the burning hearts of the lovers. Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen waved at his disciples to answer their slogans and then approached the stage.

After adorning the stage he answered the slogans one more time. Afterwards he presided this auspicious event of Mawlid un Nabi and blessed the disciples with his Divine presence. The presence of successors of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen namely Sahibzada Sultan Mohammad Murtaza Najib, Sultan Mohammad Naeem Abbas, Sultan Mohammad Abdullah Iqbal, Sultan Mohammad Hussnain Mehboob and Sultan Mohammad Nasir Hameed was adding a feather in the cap.

The ceremony of Mawlid un Nabi

Recitation of the Holy Quran

Sultan Mohammad Naeem Abbas Sarwari Qadri who is also the Head Administrator of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr began the event of Mawlid un Nabi by welcoming attendees. Then, Qari Mohammad Abid Sarwari Qadri recited few verses from the Holy Quran and presented their Urdu translation.

The eulogies

After the recitation, Ata-ul-Wahab Sarwari Qadri, Ramzan Bahoo and Mohsin Raza Sarwari Qadri came turn by turn on stage and presented eulogies in the honour of the Holy Prophet.

The Keynote speech

For the keynote speech, Prof. Hammad-ur-Rehman came on the stage and enlightened the audience with the grandeur of the Holy Prophet (pbuh). The attendees highly praised the depth and the style of speech.

Introduction to Sultan-ul-Faqr Publications’ new books

Ahsan Ali Sarwari Qadri who is the incharge of Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr’s department Sultan-ul-Faqr Publications briefed the audience about the newly published books. Among them the most important book is ‘Sufism-The Soul of Islam’. This book is English translation of Urdu book ‘Shams-ul-Fuqara’ by Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman. It took four years of research and tireless work. Just like ‘Shams-ul-Fuqara’ contains essence of entire teachings of Sultan-ul-Arifeen Sultan Bahoo and is the encyclopaedia of Mohammadan Faqr, Sufism-The Soul of Islam’ is also a valuable gift for the seekers of Allah. It is not only the guideline for them towards closeness of Allah but also this masterpiece will be considered a symbol of Sufism.

Resolution to condemn France’s role

The head Administrator Tehreek Dawat-e-Faqr, Sultan Mohammad Naeem Abbas presented a resolution to condemn the role of France in allowing and encouraging the publication of insulting sketches of our beloved Prophet (pbuh). Moreover he declared them cursed and asked the Pakistan government to disconnect all the diplomatic relations with them and call back the ambassadors of Pakistan from France as well as deport the ambassadors of France living in Pakistan. Along with this he also proposed to the heads of Islamic countries to call the conference of Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC) and to boycott the French products. The attendees present in the hall unanimously adopted the resolution and raised the slogans of “DOWN WITH FRANCE!!”

Preaching tours

Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman (may he live long) announced the preaching tours of Sahibzada Sultan Mohammad Murtaza Najib to the attendees.

Granting Ism-e-Mohammad

Then Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen granted Ism-e-Mohammad to some special disciples at the occasion of Milad e Mustafa as is his tradition.

The Khatam and the Jumma Prayer

Before the end Qari Mohammad Abid Sarwari Qadri read Khatam sharif after which Professor Hammad-ur-Rehman made the final supplication. Afterwards the attendees recited Durood and Salam for the Holy Prophet. Qari Mohammad Abid Sarwari Qadri prayed. It was nearly time for Jumma prayer, so all the attendees offered Jumma prayer together.

Serving of langar

After the prayer, the langar department presented a grand langar (meal) that everyone enjoyed. After the meal, Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen and Sahibzada Sultan Mohammad Murtaza Najib met the disciples individually. Many disciples came to the Mawlid un Nabi to have their wishes fulfilled. Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman specially prayed for them. Sahibzada Sultan Mohammad Murtaza Najib also took oath of allegiance from many devotees. Hence inducted them into the Sarwari Qadri order. He granted them Ism-e-Allah Zaat and the king of invocations ‘Hoo’. Thousands of disciples left the Milad e Mustafa being blessed with the beneficence of Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman and the ardent love of Prophet Mohammad.
